- Passionate sports fan with strong knowledge of NFL, MLB, or soccer
- Confident communicator — comfortable leading a group of 20–200+ people
- Flexible schedule — available for weekend and international travel
- Customer-first mindset with a calm head under pressure
- Prior hospitality, events, or travel experience is a plus
