Another great trip despite the wet weather. Bob did a great job making sure everything ran smoothly. We enjoyed the whole Derby experience, definitely a bucket list trip. Also had 2 days to explore the great city of Nashville. Looking forward to the Eagles schedule!

We had a terrific time!! The hotel & transportation were 1st rate. One thing they excel at is helping get you through the online processes for those that don’t use online ticketing, reservations and airline ticketing. Vince, the surprise private box for our 2nd Yankee game was WAY OVER THE TOP for our small group!!! This was a true Bucket List Trip. Thank you Julia & Vince!!

I took my son for his 21st birthday. The charter flight was great. There was plenty of room to stretch out. The TrueFan Travel staff was awesome and a lot of fun. All the planned events were great and well organized. And we still had time to explore New Orleans and plenty of life long memories. The only thing that could have made it better would have been a Brown’s victory!

I had a great time the party and tailgating was amazing, the hosts Vince and John were very accommodating and helpful. Bridget was also so incredibly helpful. The flight was so relaxing and fun!! I just returned from an incredible trip to New Orleans with “TruFans,” and it was an absolute blast! We flew in on the Cleveland Browns Charter Plane, surrounded by fellow fans, and spent three unforgettable days with retired players Kevin Mack and Christian Kirksey. The experience was packed with highlights, including a scenic cruise down the Mississippi coast on the Creole Queen and a fun-filled night at Pat O’Brien’s. The tailgating was a fantastic experience, complete with dancing, delicious food, and great sations. We also had the opportunity to explore the vibrant culture of New Orleans through several engaging tours. Even though we faced a tough loss against the Saints (35-14), the camaraderie and memories made were priceless. A huge shoutout to our amazing coordinators, James Dooney, Vince Rizzuto, and Bridget Linton, for organizing such a fantastic event. I can’t recommend this experience enough for any Browns fan!

The trip was amazing. Plenty of planned events yet enough time to enjoy New Orleans on our own. Each event was a blast. The food was top notch and the people were amazing. I’ve been bragging about my experience to friends and family since I walked through my front door.

My family had a wonderful time on the London trip. The itinerary was very well organized and contained a number of excellent group events. Even better, the events were in the late afternoon/early evening which allowed for ample time exploring the city. Julia, Vince, and the rest of the TrueTravel team were attentive, have a great eye for detail, and really great to work with. They’ll certainly see me and my family on other trips, especially the next Bears trip to Europe!

First, I’d like to think Vince for personally assisting with travel confusion! His effort really helped ease our stress. The events were fantastic. The personal interaction with special guest was extremely memorable! In addition, I belong to a Browns backers group in Rochester, New York. We have an event each year in March and we would love to have Joe Haden and/or Josh Cribbs join us for our festivities. We are already considering the October refresh trip next year!

Not only were the accommodation’s seamless, the staff was more than welcoming! We had a Ticketmaster glitch that was no fault of ours or TrueFan but they immediately stepped in and fixed the issue, no question’s asked. We will absolutely book with them again!

It was a true fan’s dream experience! We got to hangout with a Browns legend. The bartenders were amazing the food was good! No better way to experience a tailgate than this! I didn’t have to worry about hauling around a cooler, food, or any of it! I would recommend it everytime!!

It was a blast! very cool Set up with the stage and seating areas. The pool was awesome. I just wished I brought my swimsuit! Food was delicious and it was very cool meeting Joe Haden and Josh Cribbs. We look forward to the Browns playing in Vegas again

First off, a trip to Vegas is always fun. This trip coordinated by TrueFan Travel turned out amazing. The events they put together on the trip were great, and led to meeting a lot of wonderful people, something you would not get just traveling to a game on your own. I would definitely go on another trip coordinated by them.

Fantastic trip! The hotel was perfectly located in a clean and safe neighborhood. Hosts Kate and Cindy made sure every detail of the trip was planned perfectly so that their guests were taken care of and comfortable. They made us feel like family! There was a nice balance of planned group events and free time. Nice unexpected touches including happy hour at no additional cost and chairs to enjoy the races at the Derby. Kate and Cindy seemed to think of everything that would make the trip extra special. I look forward to traveling with them again!!

It was an absolutely perfect trip. From the flight times to the bus transportation to and from the airport and to and from the Derby. The hotel was beautiful. Great rooftop bar and they had a seltzer machine in the hall way with bags of ice. I used it every day! The Derby was bucket list and between snacks, water and chairs being provided, it was a bucket list day. Every detail was handled. I can’t wait for my next trip with True Fan Travel!
