Three nights at the Magnolia Hotel Denver, a welcome happy hour to start the weekend, early entry to Saturday’s show, and an exclusive after party with Mt. Joy and special performance from one of their friends. Round-trip private charter transportation to Red Rocks, a VIP swag pack curated by the band, and dedicated trip hosts handling everything on the ground. Friday’s a free day in Denver, with optional Thursday and Friday GA tickets if you want the full run.

When can I expect full trip details after paying a deposit?
Additional trip details are released once professional sports schedules and dates are available. We’ll keep you informed every step of the way and provide all the details you need. Final details are included in the trip itinerary which is sent out 2-3 weeks prior to your trip.
What are the service fees associated with booking?
All service fees are processed through our booking partner, WeTravel, and are fully disclosed at the time of checkout. While these industry-standard processing fees are set by the platform for credit card transactions, you can easily avoid them. To waive all service fees, we recommend selecting the ACH/Checking account payment method during checkout.
Is travel insurance provided?
Travel insurance options are available during the booking process.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes, we offer convenient and flexible payment plans. You’ll receive email notifications for each payment, ensuring a stress-free way to plan financially for your sports travel package.
Do I need a REAL ID to travel?
TSA requires all travelers to present a REAL ID-compliant form of identification for domestic air travel. Starting February 1, 2026, if you are unable to provide the required acceptable form of ID at a TSA checkpoint, you will have the option to pay a $45 fee to use TSA ConfirmID. TSA will then attempt to verify your identity so you can begin the airport security screening process.
You can find a list of acceptable forms of ID here: https://www.tsa.gov/travel/security-screening/identification. Please note a valid US passport is acceptable and will not incur the $45 fee.
Can I book my own airfare instead of the flights included in the full trip package?
Yes, you can! Choose the “self-travel” option when booking to join us from anywhere in the world. Note: Self-Travel Packages do not include airport transfers.
What is your refund policy?
All deposits and payments are non-refundable, as stated on our trip pages. Any exceptions will be clearly listed. Be sure to let us know as far in advance as possible if extenuating circumstances affect your reservation so the team can evaluate if any exceptions to this policy can be made.
